I called three places today, Fast Eddy’s (2 day hold), The Key Guys, and these awesome peeps. I never heard back from The Key Guys (left a voicemail and sent a text). Fast Eddy’s had a two day wait, less “nice” (not needed but always welcome) and the price was a solid 50% higher. These kids answered, clearly explained next steps, and were honest and consistent the whole way through. My favorite parts: clear communication, upfront and honest pricing (they won’t send a tech out unless you agree to the fee), REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and - most importantly- the keys work!! Not only do they work, my smith made sure I double tested them. He also did a few other things I won’t say here for security purposes. My point is, they made a super stressful situation way less stressful. I needed replacement keys for a car, btw. My tech was Abraham. He was just so lovely. I wish I could have tipped him more. Highly recommended.

The locksmith was awesome, I wish I knew his name. Showed up when he said would. I had been calling 24hr locksmiths all nigh. No 24hrs service. At 6:00am I called Rapid and by 6:50 am I was in my garage and my wife was off to work. The guy who answered the phone was great too. He could tell I needed the door open and I believe passed my concerns down to the locksmith. Great Service!!!!!!!!!!!

Ibrahim came within an hour. He was able to unlock our home. He had difficulty only because we told him the wrong rotation of the lock. Once he corrected that, he unlocked it in a few minutes. He was kind, resourceful and honest. We would definitely use this service again. Thanks for the assistance, Rapid Services!

Called at 10:20am on a Friday and technician was available and arrived right on time @ 10:40. Very pleasant, patient and explained everything to me. Awesome! Quoted me $125 over the phone, based on my asking how much to program an auto remote. I didn't realize there was more involved for my situation (needing a key cut, too), so I didn't mention that, but I also didn't know that there were different scenarios for my 2011 Kia, having never done this before. My bad I guess, but wish the tech would have questioned me a bit more so he had all the info to provide a more accurate quote. (That's why I rated 4 stars instead of 5.) Cost another $50. Also, there was a $20 trip fee not disclosed over the phone with the $125 quote. Still, the tech was efficient and skilled and completed everything in 35 minutes. It cost me $195 total for the locksmith + the cost of the remote (about $42), much cheaper than getting the remote and service through the dealer. And I liked that he came to me. I usually ask many questions before agreeing to a service so there are no surprises, but apparently I'll need to be more careful in the future.
